Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp protein powder (plant based, whey, whatever)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
If making this fresh, simply combine and blend the first 4 ingredients.Once blended. You will know if you need to add a little more water or not. I like to add about 1/2 cup ice and blend. This makes it a little more frozen and smoothie consistency. ENJOY!
