frozen pitted cherries
I prefer Trader Joe's dark sweet pitted cherries

chia seeds
½-1

lemon juice

honey
½
t
maple syrup
Instructions
Microwave cherries for 30 seconds
Blend cherries in a small blender. If you dont have a blender you can use a fork and knife to mash the cherries.
Pour blened/mashed cherries into a new dish and add chia seeds, lemon juice, maple syrup, and honey
Store in an air tight container in the fridge!
