  • cauliflower
  • sauce of your choice (buffalo sauce, Sriracha, other spicy sauces )
  • nutritional yeast
  • splash of avocado oil (or preferred roasting oil) Remember: avocado is good for cooking with high heat

  • Heat oven to 400
  • Toss cauliflower, spicy sauce, oil, and nutritional yeast in a bowl. Taste some before roasting to make sure you have enough sauce and nutritional yeast to your liking.
  • Spread on a pan and roast for 30-40 minutes or until crispy and slightly charred on edges
  • Store in the fridge, if it makes it that far, or simply devour all of it because it is so good!
