Heat oven to 400
Toss cauliflower, spicy sauce, oil, and nutritional yeast in a bowl. Taste some before roasting to make sure you have enough sauce and nutritional yeast to your liking.
Spread on a pan and roast for 30-40 minutes or until crispy and slightly charred on edges
Store in the fridge, if it makes it that far, or simply devour all of it because it is so good!
