FAVORITE SALAD DRESSING
Ok so this is named accordingly!!! My favorite salad dressing. My go to, partner in crime, makes me look like I have it together
Favorite Salad Dressing
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1-2 1-2 fresh squeezed lemons
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt/Pepper to taste

- Combine ingredients in a cup, bowl, your choice.
- Stir. Pour over salad.
- Adjust volume amounts based on how much lettuce you have. Do NOT drown your salad with the dressing it will make it soggy.
- Store any unused dressing or if you made extra in a small mason jar and refrigerate. Should last for the week. You will need to let it sit at room temp before using to stir and mix the dressing.
- Use also as a quick marinade.
