Making overnight oats is really simple. All you have to do is start with the base and work from there. I will lay out how I create my oats and give you a few flavor ideas to get started. Don’t be afraid to try something new with your oat creations.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1-2 tbsp greek yogurt Remember to watch the amount of liquid consistency when using yogurt.
- 1 cup coffee
- spices of choice

- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix. Make sure your liquid just covers your oats.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Top your oats with your favorite topping (or not) and enjoy YUMMY!!
